We can provide value added services in our locations such as collecting defective parts and returning to local or regional hubs for preliminary processing and sorting prior to shipping for repair or recycling.

What are our capabilities?

We are experienced in handling a wide range of hi-tech parts requiring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) storage and handling. Also for medical device spares, handled in accordance with ISO 13485:2003.
Our SSLs give us the ability to store your spare parts close to the point of need in the event of emergency breakdown. This network is growing too and we can typically open a new location within only 2 weeks subject to Importer of Record (IOR), so we can reassure you that your safety net of SSLs are well placed for your needs.

How do we do it?

Our customers’ agents (call centres, field engineers etc.) can place service orders via our web based system, where they can search for a part nearest to their required delivery point, choose a part down to serial number level to be picked and shipped and monitor the delivery progress up to the point of delivery, including email notifications as status’ change.
We back up the service through our 24/7/365 Customer Service Centre; who monitor all shipments and deal with any problems or delays. We respond quickly to service events, and give you the ability to track inventory in real-time, so you have full visibility of orders to monitor delivery status. This also allows us to replenish SSLs from our regional Distribution Centres (DCs) as soon as possible to uphold your delivery promise.
