Spare parts stocking and distribution through our global network of strategic stocking locations, delivering same day spare parts shipments on 2, 4 and 8 hour SLA.
Returns management services directly to repair / recycling centres from Customers, Field Engineers or retail channels, or via our in-country returns consolidation centres.
An ability to perform a range of value added services, including
- No Fault Found/No Trouble Found part screening, visual inspection, cleaning, recharge, repair, testing and rework;
- kitting, re-labelling and assembly;
Local and regional vendor management services to ensure compliance with SLAs.
A range of tailored transport services, including same day courier, next flight out, time definite and next day deliveries.
Redistribution of inventory across the stocking location network to utilise excess inventory and avoid unnecessary purchases. We can also often assist with the sale and liquidation of surplus and excess inventory
