Matrix is available to all customers to ensure that there is one, seamless, real time, accurate picture of the supply chain and the status of every customer order.

Matrix is the link between the different suppliers, stakeholders, functional applications and the end customer.

“When boxing up goods we used to include a large enough quantity of one item to make the despatch of that carton cost effective. But our smaller charity partners told us they didn’t necessarily want that large a quantity or didn’t have the capacity to store that volume of one product. We also had to ship each item in a separate box in order to maintain visibility of what had been delivered, but with Matrix this problem is solved.

Now we can pick and pack at element level which matches our charity partners’ specific needs, improves packing density and this reduces our delivery costs.

Matrix can then show us the despatch method and link to track and trace web sites.”

MATRIX

In order to deliver on our principles, we have developed and implemented an integration, visibility and business intelligence solution called Matrix.

Matrix integrates our suppliers, Customers and their end Customers and offers seamless and real time visibility of their supply chain.

Our Business Intelligence application provides dashboard technology to allow creation of bespoke reports, charts and dashboard displays

Matrix is complemented by a number of different functional applications to produce an overall solution for the customer, depending on the scope of the service required.

In the case of inventory optimisation and Warehouse Management Systems, we have world class systems already implemented, operational and integrated to Matrix. However, we recognise that in some cases, our client has applications of their own that they prefer their partners to use. The ease of integration with Matrix means that we are happy to work in either scenario.For Parcel Management, we have developed ParcelVision, which is designed to operate either as an integrated part of a supply chain solution, or as a standalone parcel management service through Deliver Plus to SME’s anywhere in the world. ParcelVision is being continually developed to introduce new features and capabilities by our dedicated development team of over twenty full time employees.
