Phil Smith
Our Operations Director- Phil Smith formally worked for the Aftermarket Services division of Celestica Corporation (a global electronics manufacturing and services company), where he held the position of Director of Supply Chain Management.
During his time there, he transformed supply chain capability from two sites in the UK to encompass 15 sites globally, and extend services from repair only, to include call centres, forward and reverse logistics, and inventory management.
Phil boasts a 15 year career in automotive supply chain management. Within Lucas and Sumitomo he was responsible for European logistics operations, including five distribution centres, supporting major contracts. He made a significant contribution to customer awards for outstanding supply performance (Toyota) and Supplier of the Year (Nissan). Responsibilities included warehousing and distribution from five centres.
Tony Brown
Our Warehouse Manager – Tony Brown, formerly worked for Defence Supply & Distribution Agency (DSDA) as a Warehouse Supply Chain Manager.
During his time with DSDA, he re-shaped and streamlined Warehouse business and practice. He also managed key accounts including the logistical movement of Foreign Military Sales, dealing directly with Embassy’s around the world. He also helped streamline the logistic program during the BOWMAN Communications system upgrade to BCIP5, which involved the audit and tracking of approx 10,000 bespoke and individually accountable items.
Previously to his employment with DSDA, Tony served full service with Her Majesty’s Armed Services in the Army, a career that lead from Signals Communicator to Warehouse Management.
Esther Lawson
Our Marketing Manager - Esther Lawson has over 20 years’ marketing experience. Her career includes working for Consultancy and Blue-Chip organisations, both in the UK and Internationally. She additionally has a Training and Development background, which enables her to support us in areas outside her Marketing role.
Her role in TSB is to head up the marketing function and to promote and develop the full range of TSB services to new and existing clients.

Graham Best
Our Business Development Director– Graham Best, has over 20 years’ experience in supply chain, specialising in software and related services.
Graham has extensive international experience and a strong track record in helping companies to achieve their full potential.
His role within TSB Supply Chain is to expand the business through direct activities and strategic partners.
Dee Best
Our Finance Manager - Dee Best ran her own computer programming and training company for many years before joining us.
As our company continues to grow very rapidly, Dee’s advice on systems and financial strategy is invaluable
Sue Smith
Our Supply Chain Manager – Sue Smith has been with the company since it was founded. Sue has 20 years experience in supply chain management, including planning & forecasting, stores & warehouse management, and distribution.
Sue leads the demand planning & forecasting capabilities for TSB Supply Chain and works closely with our Clients who utilize this capability as part of the overall services we provide to them.
Sue worked in the Automotive industry including Lucas, Nastech Europe and Magna Kansei Ltd (MKL), and in Hi-Tech aftermarket services with Celestica UK.
For MKL and Nastech she was responsible for the synchronized direct-to-line deliveries of products to the Nissan plant in Sunderland, as well as production scheduling for major Customers such as Nissan Spain, Land Rover, and Toyota UK and helped both companies to win supplier awards for consistent delivery performance.
Prior to joining TSB Sue worked for Celestica, where she was responsible for planning & forecasting spare parts for high volume repair contracts for key Customers, and latterly for the management of the spare parts storage and delivery to repair lines.
